PURPOSE: A circuit board for a plasma display device and the plasma display device are provided to prevent the introduction of noise to the signal pattern of a circuit board by forming a ground shield between a main power pattern and a signal pattern. CONSTITUTION: A main power pattern(41) supplies external power to each circuit devices. A signal pattern(43) transfers signals between the circuit devices. A ground shield(44) forms between a main power pattern and a signal pattern. The ground shield prevents the introduction of noise from the main power pattern to the signal pattern and shields the signal pattern. The main power pattern, the signal pattern, and the ground shield are formed on the same layer.
