PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus and image forming program, in which each facsimile communication can be prevented from becoming invalid, by inhibiting restoration facsimile communication processing at power-on, when each communication form in facsimile communication is invalidated. SOLUTION: When an IP & public switched telephone network facsimile device is powered on, in a state with a job stored in the job storage section of the IP & public switched telephone network facsimile device; and when a facsimile communication reserved job is stored, recovery processing is performed. In the recovery processing, each state of communication in facsimile communication via a public switched telephone network and an IP telephone network is determined; and when facsimile communication cannot be performed via each communications network, all the facsimile communications are inhibited.
