PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive unit and movable module, capable of correcting effect of hysteresis, and moving a driven unit to a target position accurately and simply, in the drive unit and movable module for moving the driven unit using a shape-memory alloy as a driving source. SOLUTION: The drive unit and movable module for moving the driven unit using the shape-memory alloy as the driving source has: an SMA resistance value calculation unit 333; a comparing unit 335; a drive quantity calculation unit 337; and a memory unit 340 for storing a hysteresis correction value. When reversely moving the driven unit reaching the position exceeding the target position to arrive at the target position, the drive quantity calculation unit outputs a drive quantity on the basis of results of comparison at the comparing unit 335 performing correction using the hysteresis correction value.
