PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back sheet for a solar cell which is inexpensive and superior in adhesion to EVA. SOLUTION: The back sheet for the solar cell is a back sheet used to protect a back surface of the solar cell, and the protection can be achieved by the back sheet for the solar cell which is characterized in that (a) a film made of an epoxy-modified polyolefin-based resin composition and (b) an aluminum foil are laminated. Especially, it is preferable that (a) is obtained by dissolving and kneading (a-2) an epoxy group-containing vinyl monomer and (a-3) an aromatic vinyl monomer against (a-1) a polyolefin-based resin, under the presence of a radical polymerization initiator.
