<p>The device for connecting two components in a continuous casting plant under use of a clamp cylinder (15), comprises a clamp piston (16) and a disc spring stack (12), which surrounds a bolt (11) under preload. The bolt is lifted by means of the clamp cylinder over a given clamp support height and/or is lockable by arresting means in the desired clamp support height. The clamp cylinder is removable after locking the bolt in the desired clamp support height. The bolt and the disc spring stack are connected together in a prefix frame. The bolt brings before the connection of the components through a rotation movement in a locking position. The disc spring stack formed as a clamp spring is unclampable after locking the two components by the bolt to preload for connecting both components, and the mounting frame is removable. The bolt is equipped on the side turned to the clamping cylinder with a rotating means (20) for twisting the bolt into the locking position. The bolt is mountable for locking on a clamp plate connected with one of both components. The bolt is lockable over a square hammer head with the clamp plate, which is equipped with a square bore for passing through the square head. The clamp cylinder is actuated by means of a hand pump.</p> |
