PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network camera capable of automatically uploading a video taken with the network camera to a predetermined site which a user desires. SOLUTION: The network camera which is connectable to a network includes a photographing means for photographing a subject, an accepting means which accepts the reservation information about photographing by the photographing means, a reservation information storing means which stores the reservation information accepted by the accepting means, a reservation executing means which notifies the photographing means of a photographing command based on the reservation information stored in the reservation information storing means, and an uploading means which, based on the photographing command notified from the reservation executing means, uploads the video taken by the photographing means to a specified site by way of the network.
