摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure cooling performance during single failure in on-line maintenance in a fuel pool cooling and cleanup (FPC) system/suppression pool cleanup (SPCU) system of a nuclear power generation plant. SOLUTION: The nuclear power generation plant includes: a spent fuel pool 1; the suppression pool 18; the FPC system 50 taking the water in the spent fuel pool 1 and cooling and purifying the water to return the water to the spent fuel pool 1; and the SPCU system 70 taking the water in a suppression pool 16 by using a part of the FPC system 50 by valve switching to purify the water. The FPC system 50 includes filter demineralizers 10, 11, three heat exchangers 12, 13, 14, and first, second, and third pumps 9, 8, 7.
