PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management apparatus capable of efficiently specifying a test that needs to be retested while reducing a data amount to be stored. SOLUTION: A test information management apparatus 1 performs a test concerning the propriety of software behavior in a device that is installed with the software, and manages the result of the test. The test information management apparatus 1 includes a storage unit 13 that stores a test and test procedure information 132 showing an operation procedure of the test, an input/output control unit 11 and a failure information recording unit 27 that receive failure information 33 showing a causality procedure that has caused a failure, a relevant procedure extraction unit 25 that extracts a relevant test including the causality procedure from the test procedure information 132, and a failure test acquisition unit 26 or a test information provision unit 21 that outputs the extracted relevant test.
