<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker which does not prepare screws on a side surface of an enclosure case in order to improve design nature. <P>SOLUTION: An under-frame 2 has a frame hook 9 which is extended below and has a horizontal mounting surface 8 by bending a lower end, and the mounting surface 8 and the enclosure case 6 can be fastened with screws 10 fastened through holes arranged on the enclosure case 6 from a lower part of a bottom surface of the enclosure case 6.
