PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently cool a stator, in a cooling device of a rotary electric machine. SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine cooling device 20 includes: a coolant guide part 22 which is arranged along an upper outer peripheral surface of a stator 14 that faces the peripheral surface of a rotor 12 of a rotary electric machine to form a flow path of a coolant 8 which cools the stator 14; a discharging pipe 30 which has a plurality discharge holes 32 and 34 that face discharge target positions different from each other along the arrangement direction of the coolant guide part 22, to discharge the coolant 8 to the coolant guide part 22 through the discharge holes 32 and 34; and a bank 24 provided to the coolant guide part 22 for dividing the coolant 8 discharged from the plurality of discharge holes 32 and 34.
