PURPOSE: A hair band is provided to offer the decorative effect of portions where an ornament is attached, and to secure the attachment state of the ornament for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A hair band comprises the following: a circular label(300) including two through-holes to insert a rubber and before combining both ends of the rubber bands together, formed with a soft material; and an ornament(400) combined with the upper side of the circular label using an adhesive. The rubber band is partially exposed to the upper side of the circular label through the through-holes. |
