PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an upper movable body compact at a standby position. SOLUTION: The upper movable body 220 includes: an arm 222 to be reciprocated by an upper driving mechanism 270 disposed on the outside of a display part 41; a movable arm 226 swingably disposed in the arm 222; a movable ornament body 250 disposed in the movable arm 226; and a fixed ornament body 240 disposed at the other end of the arm 222.
