PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency of shearing work in a plant shearing machine. SOLUTION: The plant shearing machine is constituted by installing total 4 traveling bodies (2) on front, back, left and right, a setting shearing blade (11) which shears plants between on either side traveling bodies (2), and the traveling bodies (2) are set as operable in right angle around the vertical shaft (2a). A steering handle (19) is installed on a shearing blade frame (18) supporting the shearing blade (11). Traveling frames of right and left side are set to install at each side of traveling body (2), and a rope (21) for traction is set on each side traveling frame. A plurality of right and left frames (4) connecting both traveling frames are stretchably installed, and right and left side mobile bodies (10) are installed which move along the right and left frame (4), and supports the shearing blade (11) via the right and left mobile bodies (10).
