The device (1) has a rectangular-shaped connecting head (4) and an anchoring device connected with each other and made of a casting compound i.e. polymer concrete, where the connecting head includes a centering hole. A sensor insert receives a motion sensor. Radio frequency identification (RFID) chips are arranged in a protective cover (6). A rotation center piece includes strip-shaped elements (8) and a saddle-shaped roof foot part (9) arranged to an extent of 90 degrees. The casting body is made of cold hardened mineral casting. The radio frequency identification (RFID) chip is selected from a UHF RFID chip, a control chip and a high frequency RFID chip. An independent claim is also included for a detecting and navigation device comprising a housing.
