<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar electricity generating system which is easily manufactured and installed, compact, and friendly to environments. <P>SOLUTION: The solar electricity generating system includes a plurality of condenser lenses which condense a sunlight radiation, and target modules which receive sunlight radiations condensed by the lenses and are as many as the condenser lenses. The target module are each provided with a photovoltaic cell and a transparent and optically homogenizing glass rod which receives a condensed sunlight radiation, and the homogenizing glass rod is arranged between the lens and photovoltaic cell, the homogenizing glass rod being provided with a lengthwise axis, two opposite surfaces, and a plurality of lengthwise flat walls which are long enough to spatially and spectrally mix converged sunlight radiations so as to improve the radiation utilization efficiency of the photovoltaic cells. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
