<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thin-film solar cell having high efficiency of photoelectric conversion and high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: In the thin-film solar cell 20, a plurality of thin-film solar cells including first electrode layers 3 consisting of transparent conductive films, photoelectric conversion layers 4 conducting a photoelectric conversion, and second electrode layers 5 consisting of conductive films reflecting light in this order are disposed on a translucent insulating substrate 2 while the adjacent thin-film solar cells are electrically connected in series mutually. In the thin-film solar cell, inside diameters on the photoelectric conversion layer 4 sides are 1 to 2μm in the transparent conductive films, recesses B2 including side faces inclined so that opening diameters are reduced towards the translucent insulating substrate 2 sides from surfaces on the photoelectric conversion layer 4 sides are dispersed and formed, and the recesses B2 are filled by the photoelectric conversion layers 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
