PURPOSE: A producing method of eel soup using aged dried radish leaves and health supplementary food using thereof are provided to improve the palatability of the eel soup by using soft aged radish leaves. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of eel soup using aged dried radish leaves comprises the following steps: mixing 100parts of water by weight, 5~15parts of eel bones by weight, and 5~10parts of seasoning by weight and boiling for 2~4hours to obtain a stock; aging dried radish leaves after soaking the leaves in water for 5~10days; and mixing 100parts of stock by weight, 60~100parts of eel flesh by weight, and 40~80parts of aged dried radish leaves by weight, and heating the mixture.
