PURPOSE: A pressure-resistant test device and method are provided to test the resistance to pressure of a sample for manufacturing a hydrogen related part in the same condition to an actual use condition using a small amount of gas with high explosion possibility. CONSTITUTION: A pressure-resistant test device comprises an elastic tube(300), a liquid tank(110), a pressure unit(200), and a pressure measuring unit(400). The elastic tube comprises gas and a specimen(30). The liquid tank comprises the elastic tube and liquid(20) is filled between the elastic tube and the inner surface of the liquid tank. The pressure unit is connected to the liquid tank. The pressure unit applies pressure to the inside of the liquid tank to compress the elastic tube to apply pressure to the specimen by gas. The pressure measuring unit measures the pressure in the elastic tube. Gas(40) comprises hydrogen. |
