PURPOSE: A composite honeycomb sandwich panel is provided to reduce efficiently thermal deformation and to increase strength, durability, and space efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A composite honeycomb sandwich panel includes: a plate-like honey-comb core(10); a composite rail(20) which is surrounded with edges of the honey-comb core and has a hollow penetrated toward the front and back; an I-shaped center rail insert(30) which connects adjacent sandwich panels through the bolting by being inserted in the hollow of the composite rail; and a plate-like lamination composite(40) which is surrounded with the composite rail and covers the upper and lower sides of the honey-comb core.
