PURPOSE: A wireless mouse having a power saving function is provided to perform power saving function by cutting off the power when a user does not use the wireless mouse. CONSTITUTION: A switch(200) is formed on one side of a mouse body, and a position detection unit(300) detects the movement of the mouse body. A recessive portion is formed on the one side of the mouse body, and a proximity sensor(400) is installed at the recessive portion to generate a signal when a palm or a finger approaches the mouse. A control unit(500) cuts off the power of a power supply unit(600) according to the reception of the signal generated from the proximity sensor. |
