PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain radio communication with an energy saving effect, and to obtain sure communication by preventing the establishment of communication with an unintended radio terminal in entry processing. SOLUTION: In this radio communication system having a plurality of radio terminals 2 and a host 1 which obtains information from the plurality of radio terminals by radio communication, in each of the radio terminals 2, a sensing period detecting means 20 periodically starts a sensor at a sensing period, a sensing information storing means 22 stores measurement information of the sensor by amounts of a plurality of times, and a sensor information transmitting means 24 transmits the measurement information stored in the sensing information storing means to a host 1. The communication period detecting means periodically starts the sensor information transmission means 24 according to the communication period which is a length that is twice the sensing period or longer, and then the sensor information transmission means 24 transmits the measurement information by amounts of a plurality of times that is stored in the sensing information storing means to the host 1 in a batch.
