PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual cutting-out device for putting a package one by one into a cup, by surely cutting out in a manufacturing process of a cup noodle. SOLUTION: This individual cutting-out device of the package P for individually cutting out and discharging a package group, includes a suction rotary drum 14 having a rotary shaft 14a rotatingly driven via a drum rotatingly driving part 13, a package storage part 14b for individually storing the package partitioned along a cylindrical inner peripheral surface of the rotary drum, a through-hole 14c arranged by penetrating through the cylindrical peripheral wall of the rotary drum and sucking and holding the package stored in a package storage part, a suction chamber 15 arranged in close contact along the curved surface of the rotary drum so as to cover part of the outer peripheral wall of the rotary drum with a predetermined angle range and sucking the inside of the package storage part via a chamber suction driving part 17, and a discharge mechanism 23 arranged in the package storage part and discharging an individual package dropping from the rotary drum by being lifted while being sucked.
