PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably improve working efficiency of operation for attaching a remote control device, especially working efficiency of operation for winding a cable around a pulley attached in advance to an operated part to connect together. SOLUTION: A pulley base 104 having two arc faces 105 respectively formed with a pair of guide grooves 102 for guiding a pair of cables 52 is divided into two base elements 103 (base element 103a, folded base element 103b) to be foldable, guides the pair of cables 52 to the pair of guide grooves 102 of the base elements 103 adjacent to each other in a folded state, and deploying the base elements 103 by holding the cables 52 with a pair of adjacent cable holders 110 at an end of the pair of guide grooves 102, so that the pair of cables 52 is wound around the pulley base 104 to connect together.
