PURPOSE: A jig device for simulating circle welding and a simulation method using the same are provided to create optimum welding work condition using a rotary shaft motor by the adjustment of the angle of a worktable. CONSTITUTION: A jig device for simulating circle welding comprises a plate unit, a welding torch(20), a worktable, and a rotary shaft motor(30). The plate unit is formed with a plate specimen(5). The plate unit comprises an upper plate(70) and a lower plate(60). The welding torch is separated from a specimen to face the specimen. The plate unit is installed in the worktable. The rotary shaft motor changes the welding angle of the specimen and the welding torch. The rotary shaft motor rotates the worktable in order to produce optimum welding work condition.
