<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for efficiently detecting, separating, culturing, differentiating and inducing a stem cell having a high differentiation potency into a pigment cell from mammalian dermal tissue. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided methods for detecting, separating, culturing, differentiating and inducing a pluripotent stem cell having a high differentiation potency into a pigment cell from mammalian dermal tissue by using Fzd2, Fzd4 and Fzd7 that a stem cell specifically synthesizes as a marker protein and by using an antibody having a specific affinity for these proteins. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
