CONTACT DEVICE, RELAY USING THE SAME, AND MICRO RELAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact device and a relay using the same, along with a micro relay, capable of preventing adhesion between mutual contacts and enhancing contact reliability between the contacts. SOLUTION: The contact device includes: a stationary contact 1; a movable contact 20 which is contactable with and separable from the stationary contact 1; and a movable part 2 that has the movable contact 20 and that is rockable between positions of the stationary contact 1 with which the movable part 20 is contacted and from which the movable contact is separated. A first end 20a which contacts the stationary contact 1 at first in a closing time between contacts at the movable contact 20 and the stationary contact 1 are formed with a highly rigid metal material, and other sites after the first end 20a in the closing time excluding a first end 20a which is contacted with the stationary contact 1 between contacts at the movable contact 20 are formed with a soft metal material.
