PURPOSE: A semiconductor memory, a memory system and a control method the same are provided to selectively control the operation of memories without extending a channel. CONSTITUTION: In a semiconductor memory, a memory system and a control method the same, a memory controller(100) generates commands fro strong and determining ID. The memory controller generates target ID information. A plurality of semiconductor memories(120~190) stores the ID. A plurality of semiconductor memories determines the selection of own. The plural semiconductor memories perform an operation corresponding to a general operation command.
