PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a siloxane-copolymerized polycarbonate excellent in heat resistance, good in lubricity, and useful as a raw material for a molding requiring a good appearance. SOLUTION: The polycarbonate is obtained by allowing at least one siloxane compound having phenol, at least one specific bisphenol compound (A) having a fluorene structure and at least one specific bisphenol compound (B) having a structure different therefrom to react with a carbonate ester-forming compound, wherein the content of the at least one siloxane compound having phenol is≥0.1 wt.% and <10 wt.% based on the whole monomer component ((at least one siloxane compound having phenol)+(the compound represented by at least one bisphenol compound (A))+(the compound represented by the at least one bisphenol compound (B))); and the siloxane-copolymerized polycarbonate has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 180 to 240°C.
