PURPOSE: A stirring apparatus including a stirring hook, and the stirring hook are provided to minimize the generation of a twisting moment on the stirring hook by uniformly applying the pressure from an inlet and an outlet for the rotational blade. CONSTITUTION: A stirring apparatus comprises the following: a rotary shaft rotatably installed in the inside of a reactor; a rotating blade(5) stirring contents inside the reactor, installed on the outer circumference of the rotary shaft; and a pair of stirring hooks(20) enabling the rotating blade to pass through in between the stirring hooks.
