PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a mold which can be molded favorable in the appearance of a molding by forming a parting line at a position not conspicuous in the appearance of the molding, and a bumper. SOLUTION: The structure of the mold which molds the molding having an undercut has a fixed mold 2 which is a first mold having a first molding surface 2a for molding the surface of the molding, a slide core 3 having an undercut molding surface 3a for molding the undercut in the surface of the molding, and a movable mold 4 which is a second mold having a second molding surface 4a for molding the back of the molding. A cavity surface C is formed of the first molding surface 2a and the undercut molding surface 3a. At a division position P between the fixed mold 2 on the cavity surface C and the slide core 3, a step 5 is formed between the first molding surface 2a and the second molding surface 4a.
