<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long body capable of removing gas molecules absorbed into a constituent material by heating and being an object to be baked. <P>SOLUTION: This long body has a space requiring evacuation and is the object to be baked. This long body has current carrying performance for heating by carrying current, and a section between adjacent turns of the long body is insulated while it is wound around an object for winding. A baking device for baking this long body has a heat insulating wall (a heat insulating vessel 10) surrounding the long body (a heat insulating pipe 100) having the space. The heat insulating wall has an electric power supply passage insertion part and an exhaust air passage insertion part. The electric power supply passage insertion part lets an electric power supply passage (an electrical wire 32) for heating the object by carrying current pass through the inside and the outside of a region surrounded by the heat insulating wall. The exhaust air passage insertion part lets an exhaust air passage (an exhaust pipe 42) for evacuating the space in the object pass through the inside and the outside of the region surrounded by the heat insulating wall. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
