PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite panel in which two steel sheets are stuck, and which has excellent stretch rigidity. SOLUTION: The composite panel is obtained by sticking a first steel sheet whose Young's modulus in the width direction is high with a second steel sheet in which the Young's modulus in a 55°direction to a rolling direction is high in such a manner that the rolling direction is controlled to 90°. The first steel sheet comprises one or more selected from Ti, Nb, V and B, and in which the X-ray random intensity ratio in the ä211}<011> orientation at the 1/2 sheet thickness part is≥5, and the Young's modulus in the width direction is 225 to 290 GPa. The second steel sheet comprises >1.50 to 10.00% Al, and further comprises one or more selected from Bi, Pb, Sb and Sn, and in which the X-ray random intensity ratio in the ä110}<001> orientation in the 1/2 sheet thickness part is≥6, and the Young's modulus in a 55°direction to the rolling direction is 225 to 290 GPa.
