<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate providing network services at a high speed. <P>SOLUTION: An IP address is also assigned to programs 15 for decoding a moving picture compression program 13 in a first server 12 and a compression moving picture in a second server 14, similarly as a network device. Moving pictures imaged with a camera 11 are compressed with the first server 12 and then transmitted to the second server 14. The moving pictures are decoded in the second server 14 to achieve such a service as to output the moving pictures to a display device 16. At this time, when signaling processing takes place for establishing a channel, that is, the camera 11→the first server 12→the second server 14→the display device 16, a program for offering a service is also started simultaneously at route establishment of the network device by specifying both the moving picture compression program 13 mounted in the first server 12 and the compression moving picture decoding programs 15 mounted in the second server 14 with the IP address. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
