<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost photographic lens that achieves satisfactory optical performance, and to provide an imaging apparatus, and a method for adjusting the photographic lens. <P>SOLUTION: The photographic lens ZL mounted in an electronic still camera 1 or the like includes, in order from the object side, a first lens group G1 having positive and negative refractive powers, a second lens group G2 having positive refractive power, and a third lens group G3 having negative refractive power.
