PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tooth cleaning device which effectively removes stain adhered to teeth (including uneven parts on the surface of the teeth and interdental parts from where stain is hardly removed). SOLUTION: The tooth cleaning device 3 includes a grip section 1 and a cleaning operation section 2 that cleans teeth by rotation. The grip section 1 has a grip section-side electrode 5 which is connected to one electrode of an internal electric power source 4 and is exposed at the outer surface of the grip section.
