PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant current driver circuit which maintains accuracy of output current even when the voltage of an output terminal is low, and which maintains constant current even when the voltage of the output terminal is high. SOLUTION: A first feedback control circuit part 4 controls a gate voltage Ngv to an NMOS transistors N5 and Ndrv, according to a drain voltage P3V of a PMOS transistor P3.
