PURPOSE: An anti-pulsating rotor with a hose pump, capable of convenient attaching/detaching and pulsation minimization, is provided to push a rotor to the side part of a drive shaft by using the weight of the rotor. CONSTITUTION: A groove(41) is formed in the center of an anti-pulsating rotor(40). A driving shaft is inserted into the center of the rotor. The central groove is tapered. A gap(42) of center part side is formed in one side of the central groove. A wedge hole(45) is formed in the center of the gap. A trapezoid shoe fixing unit(44) is formed at the end of the rotor in order to reduce resistance in the rotation of the rotor. The shoe fixing unit has a stepped incline as a board shape. The rotor is Y-shape in order to make three shoe fixing parts evenly arranged.
