PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fascia board member which can retrofit a cover member or a water drip arranged as a protection from snow, a protection from fallen leaves or the like to an existing eaves gutter and which can achieve easy performance of the attachment with a single motion. SOLUTION: In the fascia board member 1, an insertion hole part 9 into which the cover member or the water drip arranged along the upper end opening of the eaves gutter can be inserted is arranged in the position away from a fixation groove 6 on the second surface 2b side of the body 2.
