The device (1) has a nozzle body (2) provided with a nozzle channel. A nozzle element is arranged in the nozzle channel and partially clamps the nozzle channel. An additional nozzle element (4) i.e. insertion part, is arranged in the nozzle channel and partially clamps the nozzle channel and/or the nozzle body that exhibits an additional nozzle channel (3). The additional nozzle element is arranged in the additional nozzle channel and partially clamps the additional nozzle channel. The nozzle body is rotatably arranged around a longitudinal axis of the device. The insertion part is made of ruby, sapphire, diamond, ceramic and tungsten carbide.
