Disclosed is a tissue array manufacturing device capable of manufacturing a tissue array wherein many cores are arrayed on a slide. The tissue array manufacturing device comprises: a base (2); a table (5) which is mounted on the base and movable by the operation of a moving means (4); a vertically moving means (6) which is mounted to the base; a tissue hollowing means (8) which is mounted to the vertically moving means and hollows, by moving down of the vertically moving means, a tissue paraffin block (52) mounted on the table (5); an embedding plate (54) provided on the table and a palette (10) disposed in the embedding plate and having a plurality of through holes (12); and a positioning means (14) which inserts a tissue, which is obtained by the hollowing by the tissue hollowing means, into the embedding plate through a through hole. The tissue hollowing means comprises: a tubular blade (18) to penetrate the tissue with the tip thereof; a tubular object (16) disposed coaxially with the tubular blade; and an extrusion pin (20). The tubular blade is configured to be vertically invertible and the tubular body is configured to be swingable in the horizontal direction.
