<p>PURPOSE: An Input device and a touch position detecting method thereof are provided to enable accurate touch point detection even when a small number of touch patterns are prepared. CONSTITUTION: According to a touch point, a touch panel unit(100) outputs plural measurement values, and a clustering unit(220) receives the measurement values. Through the use of a threshold value, the clustering unit outputs clustered measured values including at least one cluster from the plural measurement values. A center point calculator(240) receives the clustered measurement value. Through the use of the weighted average, the center point calculator calculates the coordinates for each cluster.</p> |
