PURPOSE: A vaccine containing Salmonella enteritidis isolated from chicken and human body and a vaccine containing the strain and antigen is provided to prevent food poisoning by Salmonella. CONSTITUTION: A Salmonella enteritidis B277 isolated from a chicken is deposited by the number KCTC 1152BP. The Salmonella enteritidis B369 strain isolated from human body is deposited by the number KCTC 1153BP. An inactive vaccine for preventing Salmonella enteritidis contains the Salmonella enteritidis B277 strain as an antigen. The inactive vaccine additionally contains pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant.
