PURPOSE: A column-beam connecting structure with a damping structure is provided to release shock due to external force and reduce vibration from minute amplitude to large amplitude. CONSTITUTION: A column-beam connecting structure with a damping structure comprises a vertical column member(100), a beam member(200), a horizontal plate part(104), and a pair of damping structures(1). The beam member is welded with the column member. The beam member is formed into an integrated H-beam structure in which an upper horizontal portion(201) and a lower horizontal portion(202) are connected to a vertical portion(203). The horizontal plate part has the same thickness of the lower horizontal portion and is separated from the end of the lower horizontal portion. A pair of damping structures is installed between the horizontal plate part and the lower horizontal portion.
