CONSTITUTION: An apparatus and method for taking voice-photograph comprises an image shooting unit(150) for taking a picture of an object, a voice division recording unit(130) for recording voice and sound by a predetermined voice unit block, a voice image storage unit(160) for storing a predetermined voice unit blocks of before and after taking a picture with the picture, and a recording level setup unit(140) for setting a voice recording level based on the distance information between the photographing object and the voice-photograph apparatus.
