PURPOSE: A rolling mode semitransparent LCD device is provided not to generate display quality deterioration without a normal black or a normal white mode about a reflection unit and a transparent unit. CONSTITUTION: A rolling mode semitransparent LCD device includes a gate wire(103), a data wire(125), a reflection thin film transistor(Tr1) and three transparent thin film transistors, a first protective layer, a reflection plate, a second protective layer, a pixel electrode, a third protective layer, a common electrode, a color filter layer, and a liquid crystal layer. The reflection thin film transistor and three transparent thin film transistor are connected to the gate wire and the data wire. The first protective layer cover the data wire and the reflection and transparent thin film transistor. |
