PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonflammable agent or a flame retardant capable of imparting incombustibility or high flame retardancy to polymer material even when it is added in a small amount, causing no generation of harmful gas upon combustion, and causing no deterioration in the physical properties of polymer material to which it is added, a nonflammable or a molded article with high flame retardancy, and nonflammable fibers or fibers with high flame retardancy.
