PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform TDMA (Time Division Multiple Access) system communication of high transmission efficiency, where a redundant pilot symbol is excluded to increase the number of controllable stations, without increasing a clock frequency of a communication part in a feedback control system. SOLUTION: In a master station or a plurality of slave stations communicating with each other according to the TDMA system, a master station or a slave station which transmits a pilot symbol is allocated to a pilot symbol transmission slot in a TDMA frame.
