PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothed belt pulley having reduced manufacturing cost by simplifying manufacturing steps, improved productive efficiency by shortening a manufacturing time, and reduced fluid, burst and engagement sounds and thus reduced noises by suppressing the run-out of a toothed belt in the cross direction to enable the transmission of stable rotary motion. SOLUTION: The toothed belt pulley 100 includes a disk body 110 whose inner periphery is fitted to a rotating shaft 101, on the outer periphery of which teeth 111 are provided to engage with the toothed belt 150, and which has a flange 120 erected lateral to both sides.
