MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR NANO COMPOSITE MATERIAL FOR SUBSTRATE CONTAINING SURFACE-TREATED NANO FILLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a nano composite material for substrates which is excellent in thermal (CTE), electrical and mechanical stability. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the nano composite material for substrates includes: a step of producing a thermosetting liquid crystal oligomer having at least one soluble structure unit in a main chain and a thermosetting functional group in at least one of both ends of the main chain; a step of replacing a surface of a nano filler with an alkoxide metal compound having the thermosetting functional group and a reaction group capable of performing a covalent bond; and a step of mixing the surface-replaced nano filler with the liquid crystal oligomer, and the method includes: a step which produces the thermosetting liquid crystal oligomer having at least one soluble structure unit in the main chain and the thermosetting functional group in at least one of both ends of the main chain; a step which adds the alkoxide metal compound having the thermosetting functional group and the reaction group capable of performing the covalent bond to the liquid crystal oligomer; and a step which adds the nano filler capable of replacement of the surface with the alkoxide metal compound.
