An electrode substrate for a photoelectric conversion device includes a current-collecting electrode on a transparent conductive substrate and a coating film coating a surface of the current-collecting electrode substrate, wherein the coating film is formed by coating the surface of the current-collecting electrode with a glass paste composition and baking the current-collecting electrode coated with the glass paste composition, and when a thickness of the coating film is aμm and a maximal length of a pore in the coating film is bμm, a condition of b≰0.5a is satisfied.
